A. Interments

Both above and ground interments are allowed as well as the construction of a single memorial structure or mausoleum. Double interments are allowed for the areas outside the buildable area.

B. Mausoleum Structure

Mausoleum or tombs, either wholly or partially above the ground shall be construct only at the designated areas and shall be built of first grade quality materials approved by the HPMC, and shall conform to the requirment of HPMC. This setbacks are set for a 60 sqm. Lot

C. Estate Lot Utilization

1. Based on the buildable area, there will be a total of 12 full interments (3 full intrements above the ground and 9 full intrements below the ground the owner can use all excess area around the buildable area. Number of intrements may vary depending on the desgin and layout of the mausoleum.

2. Double interements are allowed for areas outside the buildable area. The maximum allowable depth for below intrement burial is 1.7 meters.

3. Below the ground full intrement, spaces shall be 1.25m * 2.5 m to accomodate burial equipment.

4. For mausoleums that are owner-supplied they should refer to the Mausoleum Design Guidelines.

5. Other changes and site improvements must be approved by the HPMC.
